“This is going to difficult to keep short. Chuck Francey and his team did a more than amazing job remodeling my downstairs. From the beginning meeting, Chuck listened to our desires for the remodel and made them happen for us. He had great subcontractors that he managed, but who also interacted with me to give me the very best. And I would be remiss, if I did not make a shout out to all his workers that work for him directly; they treated me like family. They were more than kind and considerate, while doing great work. Like all renovations, things you were not expecting show up, Chuck helped me through all those decisions with his wisdom from many other remodels; no doubt saving me money and giving me the quality I wanted through wise decisions. But mostly what I experienced and saw was Chuck’s leadership of his subcontractors and his workers. They all responded to his kindness and respected his firmness as they had no doubt experienced many other times. My downstairs is so beautiful. It is absolutely what I envisioned and more. I have not spoken of the cost, as I believe that Chuck did his best to keep the price down, while fulfilling my desire to have it extra nice. I am very pleased with the cost; we negotiated it up front, had a good contract that we could both go back to and reference, when questions came up. I am very proud of this house, but I received a lot more than a beautiful house; I gained a friend and brother for life. “
